The Warrior's Shadow (2008)

The events take place in the oil-rich country of (Karabstan), whose rulers oppress the people, while their country is being exploited by major powers seeking to control their resources and wealth. The hero of the story is an obscure actor who is chosen to play the role of the leader of the revolution, but he transforms from an extra into a real hero who leads his people to liberation from injustice.
